MMG Developers LLC ("MMG") is a US company that connects technology professionals with client companies. Contact: hello@mmgdevelopers.com.
What we collect
Data you send us through our forms: name, contact details, LinkedIn, professional information, CV and, for companies, business contact details. We also record the campaign that brought you to us (UTM parameters).
Why we use it
To evaluate candidates for roles, present profiles to client companies with your knowledge, reply to hiring requests and, if you opt in, send our newsletter.
Where your data is stored
Your data and CV are stored in Brazil (Supabase, S茫o Paulo region), encrypted and accessible only to the MMG team. If you opt in to the newsletter, only your email is sent to our email provider (Beehiiv, USA).
Sharing
We only share your CV with a client company for a specific role. Our providers (Supabase for data, Netlify for the website, Beehiiv for email) process data under their own security and privacy terms.
Retention
We keep candidate data for up to 24 months after the last contact, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights (LGPD, PIPEDA, GDPR)
You can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing hello@mmgdevelopers.com. We reply within 15 days.
